The Science (Chemistry) Education major will prepare you with content and pedagogical knowledge to teach in the Chemistry subject area in Years 11 and 12, as well as across the Science curriculum area from Years 7 to 12.
Second specialisation stream
In addition to your major psychology teaching area, you will choose a second specialisation stream from one of the following options:
Minor teaching area – this will be a teaching area other than chemistry
Broadening – additional content and curriculum units in chemistry
Education specialty – additional education units and chemistry curriculum units
