La Trobe's short course in Field Veterinary Epidemiology is designed to provide professional development opportunities for animal health professionals such as Animal Health Officers and Paraveterinarians.
Developed in collaboration with major employers in the biosecurity industry, this course trains you on how field veterinary epidemiology can be used to investigate and manage small- or large-scale animal disease outbreaks. Become equipped with the tools required for immediate assessment and identification of animal disease and learn management methods of disease control at a population level. You will graduate equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to further your career in animal health.
