In this Honours year, you will undertake a combination of coursework and research, producing an independent research project in Fine Art Studio or Art History and Theory, in your selected area of specialisation. Your research will be developed through working closely with a supervisor who will provide you with individual guidance and academic counselling.

At the end of the year you will exhibit your work to industry, the Melbourne art community, family and friends at MADA Now our annual graduate exhibition.

Satisfactory completion of this course will provide the preparation necessary to undertake a Masters by Research degree or a Doctorate (PhD) degree.
