On completion, you can be employed as a rehabilitation counsellor or developmental educator and are qualified to provide support for people of all ages with diverse needs, including developmental and acquired disabilities. The degree provides up-to-date knowledge about contemporary issues in disability, child development and learning. You will examine inclusion as a response to achieving an excellent and equitable education and implement and develop inclusive teaching and community practices during well-supported site placements.

Get prepared to teach the key learning areas to primary school students, including those living with disability and learning or behavioural difficulties.
