Elspeth Young Memorial Grant

Overview

The Elspeth Young Memorial Grants have been made possible by the generous bequest from Dr Elspeth Young to provide financial support to Indigenous Australian undergraduate and graduate students at the Australian National University. This support will be directed to costs necessary and incidental to studies, but not including any fees.

Eligibility

Applicants must be Indigenous Australian.

Selection basis

Selection will be determined by the committee. The following may be taken into account

• the academic value of the applicant's proposed program of study as assessed by referees
• academic record of the applicant
• financial need
• the money available in the fund in any year.
