About this course

Bond's Bachelor of Policy, Philosophy and Economics is designed for those who want to make a meaningful contribution to society, working in the public sector. This means in government, in the public service, in the not-for-profit organisations.

Students will study law to master the transformative power of law reform. They will study philosophy to understand and appreciate distinct worldviews, as well as how they clash and how they work together. Students will study economics to understand the practical economic consequences of policy and the potential of economic reform. They will study politics to understand and address the challenges of a globalised world.

The program prepares graduates for a career in public governance, public leadership, and ultimately public influence.

Encompassing subjects from the Faculty of Law, Bond Business School and Faculty of Society & Design, this multi-disciplinary program prepares students for the dynamic demands of the 21st century.

Students master challenges of changing institutional and geopolitical structures. They search for practical solutions, draw on theory and history from economics, law, international relations, and philosophy, all set within the context of dynamic and multicultural value systems.
