Entry requirements

Open entry

On entry, you will need to demonstrate appropriate literacy and numeracy skills by undertaking a literacy and numeracy assessment. You may be required to undertake additional Foundation Skills subjects to support your learning and success in this program.

To undertake this program you need to be already employed in industry for approximately 20 hours a week.

If you are entering this program as a Trainee/Apprentice under the Australian Apprenticeships arrangements, you must be employed in the industry and you must register with an Apprentice Network Provider (ANP) prior to enrolment.

To study any course at CIT (excluding degrees and non-accredited training) you must have a Unique Student Identifier (USI).
