Are you looking for a little sewing motivation and inspiration as well as the opportunity to have some dedicated sew-time away from distractions?

Learn basic sewing techniques using a sewing machine and how to prepare resources and materials to get ready to sew small projects using basic sewing patterns.

Topics covered include:

  • How to thread a sewing machine and wind cotton to a bobbin
  • Construct a simple tote bag and pencil case
  • Learn to lay your fabric, use a pattern and cut fabric
  • Sew a simple garment
