OLNA or NAPLAN 9 Band 8 C Grades in Year 10 English and Maths or equivalent Certificate I or Certificate II
RTO Entry Requirements

Potential students must:
  • Be able to meet the physical requirements of working in a commercial Hospitality venue, including but not limited to manual handling and standing for long periods of time.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with written and spoken English.

Have literacy and numeracy skills to read and interpret menus, safety data and operational manuals.
