About this course

Bake tasty treats

You will earn a variety of patisserie skills and general knowledge of kitchen operations to create delicious patisserie products.

You will have the opportunity to learn how to:

Create yeast-based bakery products such as pastries, tartlets & eclairs
A variety of cakes and petit fours
Making and using fondant, jellies, glazes, chocolate motifs and garnishes
Using silicone moulds and tools
