Work would be undertaken in various hospitality settings, such as restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops. This program can be completed as part of a traineeship. This qualification reflects the role of individuals who use a defined and limited range of hospitality operational skills. They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks using practical skills and basic industry knowledge. They work under direct supervision.

This is a nationally recognised accredited course.

You will be required to supply your own polo shirt and enclosed footwear (black school shoes are suitable) for this course.

Entry requirements

Completion of the BKSB (Basic Key Skills Builder) online literacy and numeracy assessment prior to enrolment, unless the student has completed an equal or higher level course.
