These individuals use well developed skills and a broad knowledge base to solve a range of unpredictable problems, and anaylse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others and have responsibility for the output of others.

Completion of the bksb (Basic Key Skills Builder) online literacy and numeracy assessment prior to enrolment, unless the student has completed an equal or higher level course.
