Society and the Individual

The program teaches you to understand Australian society, how it has developed and is organised. You will also develop the skills to apply psychological and sociological understandings of human development.

You will learn the cultural context of various approaches and their relevance to specific situations affecting vulnerable populations, and to delineate the connections between interpersonal practice, social policy and research.
