Undertake study in the basic medical sciences such as human physiology, anatomy, psychology and pathology, and develop specialised knowledge and skills in the use of exercise as a means of improving health or to enhance exercise, motor skill and movement performance.

This one year pathway is designed for students who want to gain entry into the Bachelor of Education (Secondary)/Bachelor of Arts.

Focus on the principles of economics and how to apply these to the practical needs of business. You’ll gain a clear understanding of relevant economic concepts and principles, and learn how to respond to changes in the economic environment. A Bachelor of Commerce (Advanced Leadership and Business Economics) is also available to high-achieving students.

Develop an understanding of a variety of coastal, marine and ocean systems, and examines the physical processes shaping these environments. You will be introduced to the use of coasts and oceans as resources, and a variety of management and policy interventions, with the opportunity to participate in project work and field exercises.

Cover fields such as personality; emotion; development; social, cultural and biological influences; and mental health. If you are a high-achieving student who is sure of your choice of a teaching career, the Bachelor of General Science/Master of Teaching (Primary R-7) is designed to prepare you with the background and skills necessary to enter the teaching profession with confidence and competence. You will receive the breadth and depth of knowledge necessary to teach in primary schools from reception to year seven, plus the broad foundation skills required to teach science at a primary level.

Qualify to practise as an environmental health officer and develop the knowledge required to promote community understanding of environmental health issues. The degree prepares you to integrate the many disciplines that make up environmental health, including public health, to improve the health of communities.

This one year pathway is designed for applicants who want to gain entry into the Bachelor of Science (Forensic and Analytical Science) but may not meet the minimum academic requirements.
