About this course

The Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining provides apprentices with comprehensive training for the wall and ceiling lining industry, incorporating a range of practical and theoretical aspects of the trade in both domestic and commercial settings. You will develop skills in such things as fixing wall and ceiling sheets, installing ornamental cornices and installing suspended ceilings.

Entry requirements

To be eligible, students must be at least 16 years of age.

As this is an apprenticeship delivery, all students must have an employer and a valid Apprenticeship Contract in place prior to commencement.

Prior to enrolment or commencement of training you will be required to complete a literacy and numeracy assessment and a pre-training interview. These will assist with determining your suitability to the course, verify your training plan, and identify any learning support needs.

Credit for prior study or work
