Entry requirements

To be eligible, learners must be at least 18 years of age.

It is preferable that learners have:
- BSB31115 or BSB30120 Certificate III in Business Administration (Medical ) or
relevant work experience
- VCE (ATAR) or equivalent
- Mature age (at least 18 years of age and away from formal study for at least one year).

Prior to enrolment or commencement of training you will be required to complete a literacy and numeracy assessment and a pre-training interview. These will assist with determining your suitability to the course, verify your training plan, and identify any learning support needs.

The language, literacy and numeracy levels required for this course are based on the ACSF. They are:
* Language = 2 (working at level 3 )
* Numeracy = 2 (working at level 3 )
