This course provides you with the skills and training to be able to identify the presenting risk of family violence for co-workers and clients, and provide a response appropriate to your role, these include:

* the use of effective interpersonal skills to engage sensitively with service users to facilitate self-disclosure
* identification of family violence risk using approved family violence Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management Framework (MARAM)
* the key skills required for screening, risk assessment, risk management, information sharing and referral.
