This new double degree aims to develop graduates to work in a business, community, commerce or government setting where skills of critical analysis, problem solving and communication highly valued, alongside a solid grounding in business disciplines. Students will combine understandings of accounting, economics, finance, management and marketing, with their well-developed humanities research and communication skills. Students will have the opportunity to work alongside business professionals. Students will learn about new technology and innovative sustainability practices. Students will graduate with highly sought after skill sets, and will complete an Arts Major and will also have the flexibility to choose from a range of Business subjects. Students will choose from Majors in English, History or Sociology at all regional campuses, in addition to Human Geography and Indonesian Language and Culture at the Bendigo campus. Student exchange and overseas short programs offer a unique opportunity for a meaningful learning and educational experience abroad. La Trobe University encourages all students to make the world their campus by participating in an exchange or overseas short program that fits within your degree structure.
