While efforts continue to be made to address the issues of inequity for women at work, these efforts are not progressing at the same rate for all. Culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) women do not spring from the same starting block as others and this program is designed to identify how a woman's cultural diversity creates barriers to progression at work.
If you identify as a culturally or linguistically diverse woman and want to understand how your diversity can impact your progression at work, we create a safe and supportive environment with a mixture of in-person, online and peer-to-peer learning and coaching that culminates in the involvement of your selected advocate at work to help implement your progression plan in your professional environment.
