About this course

This series, developed by Monash D-Lab @ Art, Design and Architecture focuses on using Design Thinking's complex problem-solving methodology to discover:

  • the opportunity within the challenge;
  • how to utilise the knowledge and experience of your peers;
  • the impact of student-focused solutions.

Using your case-studies and classroom experiences we will take you through the Design Thinking process together, working in small groups to discover, define, design and demonstrate effective and efficient solutions that you can utilise immediately. Our emphasis is on practical, impactful solutions that can be implemented now.

Please note: We ask all participants to bring a case study to the workshop for discussion. We will provide you with information and guidelines on this when you enrol.
