About this course

Winning with digital - a roadmap for strategy and execution

As we confront the challenges of a post-COVID world, businesses are turning to digital solutions to connect with their customers. But to be truly competitive right now, it's less about 'doing digital' - more about 'being digital'.

This program is for leaders who seek a meaningful approach to digital transformation that eschews the concept that there is "one way" to successfully transform. Instead, it asks you to interpret the context your organisation exists within, uncover meaningful opportunities to shift the way you and your people create customer value through digital, and to be in the driver's seat of your organisation's digital change journey.

This program examines an approach to digital transformation that is anchored in customer and business insight, that enables you to articulate an informed digital strategy, and helps you to establish a clear path for execution.

You'll unpack the practical necessities that help change occur within your business, as well as the mindsets you'll require as a leader to begin modelling the organisational behaviours that are critical to digital transformation through:

  • Understanding the megatrends and shifts occurring and how they might impact the digital experience
  • Critically analysing how digital shifts are affecting your business
  • Understanding the purpose for engaging customers and staff on the digital transformation journey
  • Articulating a digital experience vision and strategy
  • Defining a digital transformation roadmap that will guide you on your journey
  • Exploring the role you play as a leader in enabling digital change to occur

Across the four intensive weeks, you'll be invited to stretch and challenge your thinking about digital strategy and transformation. It's dense, pacy and demanding. But you'll be applying, real-time, what you've learnt in the context of your own organisation. And you'll have a good start on revamping or shaping your digital strategy.

Designed for both traditional leaders and managers, this program will bring real rigour to your digital strategies and transformation agendas.

Face-to-face: Expression of Interest.

Blended program: Expression of Interest. Homework and Peer group coaching session times and details confirmed upon registration.

To extract maximum value from this program, participants should allow for 10-14 hours per week over the four weeks of the program for all activities: live sessions, self-directed, peer coaching, project work and facilitated homework discussion sessions
