About this course

Evolve your leadership. Empower your business

The world's getting smaller. And faster. Leaders are now working across countries, cultural boundaries and time zones. But at the same time, with more challenging economic and business conditions, they're often given less power to shape what happens next. They're held accountable for delivering results today, while adapting for tomorrow. In a landscape as complex as this, leadership insights and practices need to evolve with the times.

In this program, you'll focus on developing more agile and adaptive approaches to leadership. We'll hone your skills and thinking to bring out the best in your people, and help your business not only adapt to an environment of increasing turbulence and complexity, but to thrive for years to come.

We'll challenge you to reflect deeply on your leadership, and try out new skills and ways of thinking. All in a safe-to-fail learning space surrounded by supportive peers and a seasoned facilitator.

You'll develop the critical skills to:

  • Learn the difference between complicated and complex working environments - and how to lead in each
  • Diagnose what's really going on inside your business and why you haven't always made much headway as you would have liked, in spite of a concentrated and focused effort
  • Make purposeful choices about the kind of culture that will support sustained success

These skills will accelerate your ability to:

  • Apply evidence-based tools and frameworks of systems thinking to help you more deftly and confidently navigate and address the complex challenges you face
  • Become more connected, influential and open-minded as you hone your decision-making success
  • Harness the full potential of your organisational talent as you are more consciously inclusive of your workforce

Leading Complexity is designed for senior managers and leaders with at least 8 years' experience, and who want to navigate uncertainty and disruption with more purpose, confidence and agility.

Virtual live experience sessions run on 15 22, 29 August, and 5 September

Session times and details confirmed upon registration.
