Learn to present information and train others within a workplace or in community context!.

The role may involve some coaching at individual or small group level. This program provides the necessary skills and knowledge for people training under supervision in the VET sector (in RTOs or enterprises), who work mainly in classroom situations delivering accredited or non-accredited training.

  • Delivering a presentation
  • Delivery techniques to increase engagement
  • Managing difficult participants
  • Providing feedback
  • Reviewing and improving your training and presentations

By completing this skill set you will also complete elective units from the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. One of these units can be used towards the completion of the full Qualification. The requirements for entry is that you have industry knowledge and experience in the area you wish to become an trainer for.

Assessment:
The assessment tasks are completed after the workshop and must be completed prior to receiving a Statement of Attainment.
