This workshop guides participants through the skills required to competently deliver training in their chosen field.

Key focuses include:

  • Planning, organising, delivering and reflecting on training for individuals within a group
  • Identifying Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) needs for the training and work environment
  • Strategies and resources to meet the needs of learner groups
  • Using real work activities to support learning

Units of competency delivered in this workshop have been derived from the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
