Certificate
In the Certificate III in Landscape Construction, students undertake theory and practical tasks in their learning of basic landscape construction skills. The landscaping industry expects this qualification to be achieved to meet job outcomes at this level.
Students will understand the concept of planning, preparing worksite, and conducting works using a range of materials. Emphasis on occupational health and safety, environmental concerns, sustainable practices, quality control and industry standards are all attributes which students will be expected to achieve.
The qualification requires successful completion of the 15 units listed below. The course will be a combination of online learning and face-to-face classes which will be delivered in skill specific clusters. This qualification has been structured to allow participants to advance to higher levels with credit.
Credit is granted in recognition of previous study and/or experience and allows students to gain advanced standing towards their course. Applicants are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Learn more about credit.
