The Swinburne Graduate Attributes signify that Swinburne intends that its teaching courses assist all its graduates to be:
To qualify for the Graduate Certificate of Social Science (Housing Management and Policy), students must complete 50 credit points comprising four core units of study.
Credit is granted in recognition of previous study and/or experience and allows students to gain advanced standing towards their course. Applicants are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Learn more about credit.
