About this course

The Graduate Diploma of Project Management [Online delivery] develops student expertise in project management across multiple industry sectors. As an extension of the Graduate Certificate of Project Management the course focuses on the principles of quality in project management, resource management and project risk management. The Graduate Diploma develops knowledge in a range of areas critical to managing projects successfully; this includes the management of project teams, human resource management, budgeting, change management, organisational behaviour and leadership. From this foundation, students can elect to undertake further specialisation at the Master's level with study options that include Information Systems and Risk Management. The Graduate Diploma is part of a nested program of study and students can develop their professional expertise with further learning at the Master's level of study for this course, and will be given full credit for the units completed.

Course structure

To qualify for the award of Graduate Diploma of Project Management [Online delivery], students must complete eight units of study (100 credit points) comprising of:
