About this course

The Master of Finance and Banking offers students the opportunity to specialise in advanced finance and banking studies. This is particularly important for students from those countries where the finance sector is making a rapid transition to a modern market based economy. This program will provide advanced studies in finance and banking to assist graduates in advancing their careers in the finance and banking sector, or to gain employment in this sector.
 
 
The Master of Finance and Banking forms the third stage in a nested suite of programs consisting of:
^ Students are unable to enrol directly into the Graduate Diploma however it is available as an exit award. (Not available by Admission)

A student cannot be awarded two masters level courses from the same nested suite.

Course structure

To qualify for the award of Master of Finance and Banking, students must complete 12 core units of study (150 credit points) comprising: Students admitted based on successful completion of the Graduate Certificate of Finance and Banking are not required to repeat these units Students are unable to enrol directly into the Graduate Diploma of Finance and Banking but it is available as an exit award. (Not available for admission)Maximum Academic CreditThe maximum level of credit that can be granted for the Master of Finance and Banking is 75 credit points (normally six units) Students holding an international student visa are required to study full-time and on campus.

Credit for prior study or work
