Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) - Intermediate - Young Mums Program

The purpose-specific classrooms are designed so your baby can accompany you to class up to the age of 12 months. Several local childcare centres are available within walking distance from the campus including a community childcare on campus. At the core of delivery is positive education and anti-bullying principles. The program includes parenting skills, relaxation, and cooking. VCAL is made up of four units: Literacy, Numeracy, Personal Development and Work-Related Skills, as well as the industry skills strand, which usually leads to a Vocational Certificate II in either Business or Retail. It is a flexible two- or three year program, with learning outcomes tailored to your individual needs.
