Develop the required skills to work closely with other educators, provide a welcoming environment for families, and develop professional and respectful relationships. You will learn to document children's learning, providing clear links to the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework. Through both the classroom and practical work placements there will be opportunities to document and prepare a variety of learning experiences and resources.
Theory components include:
-Legal and ethical obligations, work health and safety, mandatory reporting, policy, and procedure
-How to support children's health, safety and wellbeing
-Inclusion and diversity
-Providing for children's individual care needs
-Developing relationships with children through positive interactions
-Learning about child development and the theories which underpin the importance of play and creative experiences

-Expectations for the job role of a Certificate III educator in an ECEC service.
