Local job roles are usually small businesses but also include organisations such as health care, education and local government. Students with prior employment experience can register with the Tax Practitioner's Board to work as a BAS Agent after successful completion of the course.

This course is an entry requirement for students who wish to complete FNS50222 - Diploma of Accounting
Additional pathways include;
BSB40120 - Certificate IV in Business
BSB50420 - Diploma of Leadership and Management


Knowledge of double entry accounting, financial reporting requirements and GST compliance. Practical skills using integrated accounting software systems, spreadsheets and online support.
