This face-to-face course will give you the skills to provide services and interventions to clients with alcohol and other drug (AOD) in an entry-level role in the sector.
The role of an AOD worker is diverse and offers many exciting and challenging career opportunities including outreach work, case work, support work and rehabilitation.
To complete this qualification, you will be required to undertake the following unit of competency HLTAID003 Provide First Aid. No placement is required for this course.
