Work towards your electrician's licence with this four-year apprenticeship course. You will learn how to select, install, set up, test, fault find, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment covering domestic, commercial, and industrial settings with on and off the job training. On completion you will be eligible to apply for your Unrestricted, Unsupervised Electrical Workers Registration in South Australia.
Apprentices will learn how to select, install, set up, test, fault find, repair and maintain electrical systems and equipment in buildings. The courses covers Electrical Regulatory Authorities Council (ERAC) requirements for an electrician's licence.
Note: Completion of a TAFE SA course does not guarantee an employment outcome. Formal requirements other than educational qualifications (eg licensing, professional registration), may apply to some occupations.
