About this course

This qualification provides you with the skills to work in the viticulture industry. Learn to work within a production or production support role with a focus on grape growing; dried fruit, table grape and wine grape production. You will learn about food safety programs, quality systems and procedures, workplace safety, safe chemical use, assisting with irrigation operations, manual vineyard tasks, operating tractors and vineyard equipment, and supervisory/management skills.
