* Boots-on experience producing commercial beers from ingredients to finished bottles
* A comprehensive lecture series including selecting ingredients, equipment and processes, workplace safety and quality standards, and all aspects of beer production
* Guest presentations from suppliers, scientists and allied technical experts
* Practical laboratory experience and advice
* Tours and site visits to see first-hand a range of maltings, breweries, and the trade
