If you are already a qualified chef and are wanting to gain specialised skills and knowledge in patisserie work to take your career to the next level, this course is for you.

The sweetest career of all is surely a career in Patisserie... so why not learn the art of creating delectable delights for dessert lovers with this 'sweet as' Certificate III-level qualification!

In this course, you'll learn a wide range of patisserie skills to produce high quality - and delicious - patisserie products including creating gateaux, desserts, pastries and petits fours.

On successful completion of this course you will have the skills and knowledge you need to begin your career as a qualified Patissier or Pastry Chef.

You may need to complete some units at our specialised facility at Market Square in Devonport if you don't have access to the required equipment in your workplace. Training includes a combination of on and off the job elements along with some self-paced study.

This course is also available as an Australian Apprenticeship.
