Gain the skills and knowledge you need to establish your career in the Plumbing industry.

This nationally recognised qualification will enable you to gain the skills and knowledge you need to begin your career and work in the Plumbing industry.

In this course, you will learn how to provide a diverse range of plumbing services to suit domestic, commercial and industrial needs such as cold and hot water supply, gas supply, sewerage, waste and rainwater disposal. You'll also have the opportunity to learn how to safety install, alter and repair pipework and appliances while ensuring you remain compliant with Australian Standards, relevant legislation and WHS requirements.

On successful completion of this qualification, you will have the skills you need to undertake a variety of work within the Plumbing industry, and be eligible to apply for a Plumbing Licence at the end of your apprenticeship. You might also like to consider taking your career to the next level and undertake further study at TasTAFE with CPC40912 - Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services.

This course is only available as an Australian Apprenticeship. You must have employment as an apprentice to enrol in this qualification.
