This course covers topics such as effective workplace relationships, communication, operational plans, team development, project work and continuous improvement. You'll also look at staff recruitment, selection and induction, and how to identify risks and apply risk management and WHS procedures.
Successful completion of this course will give you the skills and knowledge to manage teams across a wide range of industries, and use emotional intelligence to maximise outcomes. You may also like to consider further study at TasTAFE to complement this course, by undertaking BSB51915 - Diploma of Leadership and Management.
