You will study core areas of construction including law, management and communication, materials and economics. These will give you an excellent understanding of the role of a construction professional.
You will also develop the knowledge you'll need to work in the low rise residential and light commercial sectors of the industry. As you continue, your studies will become more complex, covering areas such as construction, development, quantity surveying, contract administration, estimating, scheduling and cost planning.
