Bachelor (Honours)
You will study core areas of construction including law, management and communication, materials and economics. These will give you an excellent understanding of the role of a construction professional.
You'll also study more complex fields such as quantity surveying, building surveying, contract administration, development regulation, development economics, and fire engineering.
In your honours year, you choose two out of the following three specialisations, which will lead to recognition by different accrediting bodies:

In this degree you will develop the knowledge and skills to work professionally in quantity or building surveying. Your studies will focus on quantity surveying, construction management, building technology, building structures, building surveying and housing studies.

You will also complete a major research project in your specialisation of interest and our UniSA STEM Professional Practice Program allows you to apply the skills and knowledge you've acquired throughout your degree in real-world settings.
You can gain an extra qualification and broaden your career prospects by completing a Diploma in Languages.
