Overview

Australian Indigenous cultures have shaped and influenced Australia.
The First Nations Australia major within the Bachelor of Arts allows you to study the historical events and political policies that have shaped Australia's relationship with its first peoples.
Develop cultural competence and an understanding of First Nations perspectives, how to be an effective advocate or ally, and build the ability to work with Indigenous communities in a culturally appropriate way.
You can choose to combine your studies with a major in Environment and Sustainability, History, Music, or Anthropology to tailor this degree to suit your career goals.
