The aim of the Master of Business Research is to train you in high-level business research, for either academic or senior management purposes. You will undertake a significant piece of research in your area of interest, using your specialist knowledge and advanced research techniques to explore the resolution of a management problem. It is expected that the research you conduct over several years will make an important contribution to the development of new knowledge, community development and solutions for industry and government.
Entry Requirements 3-year bachelor degree in business, commerce or a related field from a recognised university Minimum GPA of 5. 0 on a 7. 0 point scale in undergraduate degree, or a minimum 5. 5 for the 2nd and 3rd years of the degree Applicants intending to undertake a dissertation in information systems must have prior studies in information systems or computing. On application, candidates must be able to provide an outline of the dissertation topic they intend to pursue English Language Requirements You are required to satisfy the applicable English language requirements. This program requires a minimum of IELTS 6. 5 or equivalent. If you do not meet the English language requirements you may apply to study a University-approved English language program. We can help

Prospective candidates should consult with the Associate Dean (Research) before preparing their project proposals. Research concentrations are updated periodically.
