Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences China Daily Scholarship

Background: This Scholarship has been established on an agreement between the University of Sydney, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and the China Daily Media Group to support an employee of China Daily Media Group to undertake postgraduate study at the University of Sydney in the area of media and communications.

Open to:

• Applicants must have an unconditional offer of admission in a postgraduate coursework degree in the School of Literature, Art and Media at the University of Sydney.
• Applicants must be an employee of the China Daily Media Group.

Value and Duration:

• The Scholarship will provide the successful recipient of this Scholarship with the following financial benefits:
  1. a lump sum payment of $4,000 paid on acceptance of the Scholarship,
  2. tuition fees for the full-time duration of the postgraduate coursework degree, and
  3. the value of the application fee charged by the University of Sydney on application for addmission.
