The Bachelor of Applied Science (Maritime Technology Management) prepares students for business and management careers in the maritime and logistics industries. Students gain a working knowledge of core business areas including financial resource management, economics, human resource management and logistics. In addition, technology units in Ship Design and Production, Engineering Fundamentals, Offshore Engineering and Operations, and Programming and Problem Solving for Engineers introduce students to the technological aspects of the maritime transport business. The course is complemented by maritime and logistics units such as Ship Operations Management and Port and Terminal Management in order to provide an understanding of the environment of the industries in which the students plan to develop a career.

Year 12 students with an ATAR score clearly in 65, including studies in pre-tertiary English and Mathematics Applied. Recommended studies include Mathematics Extension, Physics and/or Senior Science.
