Course in EAL

During this course you will develop beginner skills in English speaking, listening, reading, writing and maths.

You will develop your skills as a student, and learn how to:

• recognise and use Australian money
• use basic reading and writing skills
• work with numbers, time and dates
• improve your spoken language skills.

To be awarded the 22637VIC Course in EAL, a total of eight (8) units must be achieved, consisting of:

1 Core unit,
3 Core Speaking and Listening units,
2 Core Reading and Writing units, and2 Core Numeracy units.

Where the full course is not completed, a VET Statement of Attainment will be issued for each unit successfully completed.
