Bachelor (Honours)
The Bachelor of Laws (Honours) program is designed for high achieving law students who wish to undertake an extended level of study and research. There is no direct entry into the Honours program. Entry is by application only following completion of at least 160 credit points of Law study and by meeting other specified criteria.

Solicitors provide legal advice, prepare and draft legal documents, and conduct negotiations on behalf of clients on matters associated with the law.
Barristers receive briefs and verbal instructions concerning cases from Solicitors, other specialist Legal Professionals and clients to plead cases before civil, criminal and industrial courts and other tribunals.
Advocacy is about speaking out on human rights issues and taking action to improve a situation. Advocates can be lawyers, professionals working for an organisation and individual citizens, like friends, relatives and co-workers.
Court and Legal Clerks provide administrative and operational support to Legal Professionals by performing clerical work associated with the functions of courts, legal practices and the administration of trusts and estates.
University Lecturers and Tutors prepare and deliver lectures and conduct tutorials in one or more subjects within a prescribed course of study at a university and conduct research in a particular field of knowledge.
