As a graduate of Deakin's Master of Business (Marketing) you will be equipped with the practical skills, industry knowledge and professional network required to work as a professional marketer in a range of industries and organisations. You will be qualified and have the entrepreneurial ability to work across traditional marketing (brands, markets, product and research), non-traditional marketing (digital marketing, analytics, creative, CRM and e-commerce) or agency work (communications and content).

The Master of Business (Marketing) is typically 8, 12 or 16 credit points. The exact number of credit points you study depends on how much credit you receive as recognition of prior learning (RPL) - your professional experience and previous qualifications - which can save you time and money.
To complete the Master of Business (Marketing), students must attain a total of 16 credit points, consisting of 11 credit points of core units, 1 credit point course elective, and 4 credit points of open elective units (which may include an optional Faculty wide specialisation), plus completion of the compulsory 0-credit point module, DAI001 Academic Integrity Module.
