Applicants must normally hold one of the following:
Applicants without such qualifications should apply for the Graduate Diploma in Engineering Science or Master of Engineering Science (Civil).
Applicants will qualify for either the 2-year or 1.5-year program. Applicants who hold an approved bachelor degree or equivalent qualification are eligible for the basic entry level, and will complete up to 72 units of study.
Applicants who hold a bachelor degree in education, teaching or a closely related discipline are eligible for the 1.5-year program, and will complete up to 54 units of study.
Students without such a qualification should apply for the Graduate Diploma in Engineering Science.
Applicants must normally hold Flinders Universityâs Graduate Diploma in Engineering Science (specialisation B1-B3), or a relevant Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering Technology, Bachelor of Engineering Science or equivalent overseas qualification with an average grade of credit (5.0) or greater. Students without such a qualification should apply for the Graduate Diploma in Engineering Science.

Applicants normally must hold one of the following:
Masters
Applicants for the masters must normally hold a bachelor degree or equivalent qualification from an approved tertiary institution or have completed the Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
Graduate Diploma
Applicants for the Graduate Diploma in Nanotechnology must normally hold a degree in any relevant discipline of science or engineering or equivalent qualification from an approved tertiary institution. Students who have completed the four-year undergraduate nanotechnology course at Flinders cannot be admitted to the graduate diploma but may have 36 units of credit towards completion of the masters program. Students who have completed the three-year undergraduate nanotechnology course at Flinders cannot be admitted to the graduate diploma or masters degrees.
Applicants for the Master of Nanotechnology must normally hold a degree in any relevant discipline of science or engineering or equivalent from an approved tertiary institution.
Examples of relevant disciplines include but are not limited to biology, biotechnology, chemical engineering, chemistry, materials engineering, medicine (requiring a minor in a science discipline), or physics. Mathematics and earth sciences are not viewed as relevant areas of science.
Entry to the Master of Accounting requires a bachelor degree in any discipline (other than accounting) from a recognised tertiary institution. No work experience is required.
Graduate Certificate
Applicants for the graduate certificate must normally hold an approved degree or equivalent qualification from an approved tertiary institution.
Applicants for the graduate diploma must normally hold an approved degree or equivalent qualification from an approved tertiary institution.
Applicants must normally hold either an approved health-related bachelor degree or equivalent qualification from an approved tertiary institution, and a minimum of two yearsâ professional experience in the health sector.
Applicants must normally hold an approved bachelor degree or equivalent qualification from an approved tertiary institution.
Applicants must normally hold a bachelor degree or equivalent qualification. Applicants with an Australian-accredited degree in accounting are not eligible for admission into the Master of Accounting and Finance.

Applicants for the graduate diploma must normally hold an approved bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in a related field from an approved tertiary institution.
