.Build your practical technique in our state-of-the-art onsite gymnasium at Murdoch and be guided by our expert professional lecturers in the field. On completion of the course, you'll be job ready to become a gym instructor or group exercise instructor at a gymnasium or recreation centre.
A gym instructor welcomes new members to the gym and develops specially tailored programs to achieve fitness goals, whilst a group exercise instructor leads a class through a specialised exercise routine or bootcamp.
Learn about the function of exercise instruction, assessing fitness levels and how to deliver fun, high-energy, group exercise sessions and design effective training programs for a range of age groups.
Learn in our state-of-the-art, fully equipped onsite gymnasium that reflects current industry practices and simulates a real-life commercial gym, featuring resistance machines, cable machines, free weights, cardio machines, shower and locker facilities.
