South Metropolitan TAFE is WA’s most diverse training organisation and the only training provider in the state responsible for servicing both metropolitan and regional communities. We also won the 2016 Large Training Provider of the Year at the WA Training Awards.

We also offer literacy and numeracy assistance to students - just ask your lecturer if this is available for you in your course when you start!

We deliver more than 300 nationally-accredited courses – from oil and gas, maritime studies and building and construction to health and nursing, environmental science and hospitality.
